The Rattlesnake Plant (Calathea lancifolia) is one you’ll kick up your boots over! His distinctive markings of limelight green with darker brush strokes seemingly painted onto the leaf will get you to back up and dismount from your horse! Once evening comes and dusk is near, the leaves stand straight up to reveal the hidden burgundy leaf underside. It’s like having two plants in one!
